“I BROKEUP WITH HIM TO TEST IF HE LOVES ME”
Dear Move On 101,
Two years na kami ng boyfriend kong si Luis. Unlike many couples, we never fought with each other or even had a heated argument. Tanggap na tanggap sya ng parents ko at bukas naman ang tahanan nila para sa akin. We have already talked about getting married next year.
What seems a perfect relationship became a nightmare when one day I came up with a bad idea. I wanted to test him if he really loves me and the best way to do it is to breakup with him. I told him di ako sure sa feelings ko and I needed time to think about our relationship.
Luis didn't see it coming. He got really depressed and started drinking and going out with friends. Instead of pursuing me back to him, he became distant and he hated me for leaving him.
Worse, he started seeing other girls. Sunod-sunod ang ginawa nyang one night stands until he met a liberated girl named Sally in a bar. What was supposedly a one night stand ended in a series of sexual encounters. Sally got pregnant and he offered to marry her before she gave birth.
I am ruined. Di ko alam kong paano napunta sa ganito ang maayos naming relasyon. I wanted to admit to Luis that everything is just a test pero huli na ang lahat. Sa palagay ko, lalo nya akong isusumpa kapag nalaman nya na pinalaruan ko ang puso nya.
