DON'T DENY YOUR FEELINGS. Acceptance is the first step in moving on. The sooner you recognize your feelings-- anger man ito, frustration, despair, sadness, o disappointment--the sooner mo silang malalagpasan. Tao ka lang at madalas, mahina. Stop pretending that you are Wonder Woman at kaya mong pasanin ang bigat ng mundo. Pwede kang umiyak. Pwede kang magbreakdown. Pwede kang sumigaw at magmura. Tanggapin na nasugatan ang iyong puso at kailangang maghilom. Di ito instant. Pero kapag magawa mo ito, nalampasan mo na ang pinakamatagal na phase ng pagmo-move on.
